1. Go to the Portfolio page and choose your theme.
2. Fill out the order form on the Order Form page (Be sure to list any specific instructions in the Comments section).
3. Email me or mail me your pictures (i.e. CD, DVD, or printed pictures). See below for email and mailing address.

It's as simple as that!

**Note: A standard collage is 22 x 24, which is $50.00 + shipping. Personal checks are accepted.
